1A-AP-10 is part of the CSTA K–12 Computer Science Standards. Robot Path practices it. Standards vary by state, so check with your kid’s teacher for the exact match.

The game

Robot Path Program a robot: steps, turns, repeat loops, fix the bugkindergarten to 3rd grade

Robot Path: Kids program a robot across a circuit board by lining up command tiles (forward, turn, repeat) and pressing Run. Levels go from a straight path to steering around a rock, turning, using repeat loops, and finding the bug in a program that doesn't work.

Practice it at home

Be the robot: have them give you step-by-step directions (forward 3, turn left) to reach the kitchen.
