Terms of Service
Last updated October 18, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Sticker Valley (“we”, “us”) for using the website and learning games at stickervalley.com. By creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Sticker Valley.
1. Who can use Sticker Valley
Accounts are for parents, guardians and other adults who are at least 18. Kids play under a parent’s account, on profiles the parent creates, and the parent is responsible for how the account is used. Teachers or others using Sticker Valley with children they aren’t the parent of must have the permission of those children’s parents.
2. Your account
- Give us accurate information and keep your email address current, so we can reach you about your account and billing.
- Keep your password and parent PIN to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens on your account.
- One account is for one household, with up to 4 kid profiles.
- Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account.
3. Free games, plans and prices
Some games are free with an account. Every other game needs a plan:
- Family plan: $7.99 a month or $59 a year, for every game and every kid on your account. Prices are in U.S. dollars, plus any tax that applies.
- Founding Family pass: a one-time payment of $189, offered to the first 200 families only. It covers every game in every subject, including games we add later, for as long as Sticker Valley runs, with no renewals. It also comes with founders’ extras, like early access to new games, a gold sticker set, a sticker sheet in the mail, a vote on upcoming games and an optional listing on our founding families page. The extras may change over time, but we won’t take away the games.
We may change the price of a plan. A new price applies to a family plan only from your next renewal after we’ve told you about it, so you have time to cancel first. A Founding Family pass is never charged again.
4. Free trial
New family plans may start with a 7-day free trial. We take your card when the trial starts. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the plan begins and your card is charged the price you chose, then on each renewal. One trial per household.
5. Renewal and cancellation
- Family plans renew automatically every month or year, and your card is charged at the start of each period until you cancel.
- Cancel any time from “Manage billing” on the Parents page. You keep every game until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
- If a payment fails, we’ll keep trying for a short while. If it still doesn’t go through, the paid games lock until it does.
6. Refunds
If Sticker Valley isn’t right for your family, email [email protected] within 14 days of a charge and we’ll refund it. After that, payments aren’t refundable and we don’t refund part of a period, except where the law says otherwise. A refunded Founding Family pass, or one charged back through your bank, ends the pass and its extras.
7. Using Sticker Valley fairly
Please don’t:
- share your account with other households, or resell or share access to paid games;
- copy, download, scrape or redistribute the games, their art or their voice recordings;
- try to get around payments, the parent PIN or other protections, or break or overload the site;
- use Sticker Valley for anything unlawful, or put anything offensive in a name that appears on the founding families page.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. If we do, we’ll tell you why, unless the law stops us.
8. Our content
The games, artwork, characters, stickers, voices and the rest of Sticker Valley belong to us or the people we license them from. While your account is in good standing, your household may use them for personal, non-commercial learning. Nothing in these terms gives you any other rights to them.
If you send us ideas or feedback, including a vote on the next game, we can use them freely without owing you anything.
9. Changes to Sticker Valley
We’re always improving the games, so we may add, change or retire games and features. If we ever shut Sticker Valley down, we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice and refund family plans for any time paid for but not used.
10. Learning results
Sticker Valley is practice to support what kids learn at school and at home. It isn’t a school, a tutor or an assessment, and we can’t promise any particular result. Levels, stars and grades in the app are only a guide.
11. Disclaimers
We work hard to keep Sticker Valley running and accurate, but it’s provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t give warranties beyond those in these terms, including any implied warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
12. Limit on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about Sticker Valley is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be waived.
13. Closing your account
You can stop using Sticker Valley any time. Cancel your plan from “Manage billing”, and email [email protected] to delete your account and your kids’ information, as described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Disputes
If something goes wrong, please email [email protected] first. Most problems are solved quickly that way. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Sticker Valley is based, and any dispute that can’t be resolved informally will be handled in the courts there, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it locally.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, email you before they take effect. If you keep using Sticker Valley after that, the new terms apply. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before they start.
