🔑 Setting up your parent account

Sticker Valley has one grown-up account per family. You sign in and look after settings and payments; your kids never type an email or a password. Setting up takes about two minutes.

1. Create your account

1. Tap Create account at the top of any page.
2. Enter your name, your email and a password (at least 8 characters).
3. Tick the box confirming you’re a parent or guardian, 18 or older, and that you agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy.
4. If you’d like news about new games and learning tips, tick that box too. It’s optional and off unless you choose it.

You’re signed in straight away and land on Who’s playing?, where you add your first player. That’s covered in Adding your kids.

2. Choose a parent PIN

The first time you open the Parents page, you’ll be asked to choose a PIN. It keeps kids out of your settings and purchases, so a curious tap can’t change a player or start a checkout.

• Use 4 to 8 numbers. Easy guesses like 1111 or 1234 aren’t allowed.
• Setting or changing the PIN asks for your account password too, so a kid can’t set one before you do.
• Once you enter it, the Parents area stays open on that device for 10 minutes.
• Picking a player on Who’s playing? locks it again right away, so you can hand the device straight back.
• After 5 wrong tries in a row, the PIN check locks for 15 minutes.

3. Free games, a plan, or a trial

Every account can play Number Garden and Gator Compare for free, with no card needed. The rest of the 72 games unlock with a plan, and one plan covers every kid on your account.

• Family plan: $7.99 a month or $59 a year. Your first plan starts with a 7-day free trial (one per family). You’ll enter a card at checkout, and if you cancel before the trial ends you aren’t charged.
• Founding Family: $189 once for every game in every subject, including new ones, for as long as Sticker Valley runs. There are only a limited number of these passes.

To choose, open Parents and tap See plans. Payment goes through Stripe; your card details never reach our servers. Games unlock as soon as checkout finishes.

Later, Manage billing on the Parents page lets you switch between monthly and yearly, update your card, download receipts or cancel. If you cancel, every game stays open until the end of the time you’ve paid for. If Sticker Valley isn’t right for your family, email [email protected] within 14 days of a charge and we’ll refund it.

Signing out

Sign out is on grown-up pages only (like Parents), not on the screens kids use, so a stray tap can’t sign the family out.
